I begin by meditating to connect with your energy, using a surrogate to represent your chakras. One by one, each chakra is gently opened, cleansed, and filled with abundant, bright white healing light from Source. Sound healing attuned to each energy center’s frequency, crystals, and sacred smoke deepen the clearing process.
